From the earliest stages of planning right through to completing a scheme, one of the most important relationships is the one the company has with the local community which it serves.

Public exhibitions are held for all large-scale projects where residents are encouraged to give their comments and feedback to help inform the final proposals which are submitted for planning. Once construction work has started the company aims to keep the community informed of progress and ensures that a Considerate Constructor Policy is adopted.

Local engagement takes place through the delivery and opening phase of our developments and is a key part of the ongoing success of our shopping centres; from working with local Heritage Groups to supporting initiatives and charities as well as ensuring the architecture and artwork of all our developments reflects the site's history. The company prides itself on created high quality retail destinations which the whole community can be proud of.
