East Ham project on track for 2022 handover
17 November 2021
Latest images of New Market Place in the London Borough of Newham show the transformation of the former East Ham Market Hall on track for a December 2022 handover.
The development will deliver 277 new
one, two and three bedroom homes, 21,500sq. ft. of new and refurbished retail
space as well as new public spaces.
Dransfield Properties Ltd is working in
a joint venture with Land Management and Barratt London, to achieve the
much-needed regeneration of the area.
The first lot of completed residential
units at Raine House are now on sale – ideally located just a seven-minute walk
from East Ham’s underground station and neighbouring the Olympic Park,
Westfields and Stratford's transport hub.
Managing Director of Dransfield
Properties, Mark Dransfield, said: “Work is well on schedule to transform this
site into attractive, high specification spaces where people can live, work,
relax and thrive.”
Details of the residential units
available can be viewed here: https://www.barratthomes.co.uk/new-homes/greater-london/h760601-new-market-place/
Barratt London and East Ham
Regeneration have worked together with Newham Council, the GLA and residents
throughout the design process. The scheme’s anticipated completion is late
2021.
