Estates Agents reopen at DPL centres
19 May 2020
Estate Agents across Dransfield Properties’ centres have started to re-open this week following changes in the Government guidelines which have been announced.
Safe working practices have been put in place for staff and customers as offices at Sanderson Arcade at Morpeth, Fox Valley in north Sheffield and Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough start to open back up.
Simon Blyths at Fox Valley and Penistone 1 re-opened this week and Martin and Co at Gainsborough will open on June 1st. Signature at Sanderson Arcade have also re-opened this week.
DPL’s centre teams are working closely with all tenants across the estate to ensure a safe return to trading when more stores and businesses hopefully start to open up throughout June.
Operations Director Medi Parry-Williams said: “It is great to see the Estates Agents starting to open up this week and our focus now is very much on working with all our tenants as more businesses start opening in the coming months.
“We want shoppers and staff to feel safe and welcomed and of course to observe and reinforce the Government guidelines on social distancing.”
The Government has outlined that non-essential stores should be able to start opening after June 1st. Plans are in place for Dransfield Properties’ head office at Dransfield House, Fox Valley to have a phased re-opening that week also.
