Expanded portfolio leads to estate agent renewing lease at Marshall's Yard

Martin & Co Gainsborough have continued to increase their rental portfolio throughout Gainsborough and Scunthorpe with both their sales and rental department showing success with strong levels of property sales and new lets throughout the year. 

Following this, the agent has increased their team of staff from 12 to 14 members which has prompted them to extend the lease of their office base at the Engine House in Marshall’s Yard. 

Found on the first floor the team of specialist advisors have been running their residential sales, lettings and valuations services from Gainsborough since the late 90s. 

The family-run business sadly lost their co-founder, David Longstaff earlier this year, but his legacy remains within the Martin & Co franchise which has been helping to find people’s dream home in Gainsborough, Scunthorpe and its surrounding areas for the past 25 years. 

Over the years the company has formed an integral part of the community sponsoring the local football ground and large-scale free community events such as the Coca Cola Truck visit.

The sales and letting agency is continuing to cope with high demands of enquiries as Gainsborough experiences huge growth in the housing market.
