Frankie and Benny's to Open at Three Lakes!

  Frankie and Benny’s – the Italian/American style restaurant chain – are to open up at Three Lakes Retail Park in Selby.

 The company is opening one of the popular 1950s style restaurants at the retail park in the former Choices Video unit which closed last year.

 Since Choices closed the retail park owners Dransfield Properties have been in talks with a number of retailers to take this key position on the site.

 Now permission has been granted by Selby District council for the 328 sq metre unit to be changed from a video shop  to a restaurant so Frankie and Benny’s can move in.

 The company has now started fitting out and its expected the restaurant will be ready to open by the end of June.

 David Hale, Development Surveyor for Dransfield Properties, said: “We are really pleased to be announcing that Frankie and Benny’s are joining Three Lakes, they are extremely popular and we are sure will be a great addition to Three Lakes. We are looking forward to them opening.”
