M&S Simply Food sign a new lease at Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough

Marks & Spencer has signed another five-year lease for its M&S Simply Food store at Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, cementing its position as one of the shopping centre’s longest standing tenants.

The store was one of the first to welcome in customers when Marshall’s Yard opened 15 years ago and has been popular with customers ever since.

Charlotte Toplass from Marshall’s Yard Centre Management said: “M&S Simply Food is one of the cornerstones of Marshall’s Yard, so we’re delighted that they’ve extend their lease . As we celebrate our 15^th anniversary this year, we’re proud to have such highly regarded tenants alongside us.”

 Beth Howard, who has been managing the team of 40 colleagues at the store since September 2021, said: “I am passionate about leading my team to give amazing customer service and giving the people of Gainsborough the very best shopping experience.”
