Reformer Pilates studio to launch in Penistone

A brand-new wellness business is launching in Penistone in March bringing the hugely popular reformer Pilates trend to a fabulous new studio in the town.

Form Wellness Studio is being launched by husband and wife team, Marc and Charlotte Roberts. With years of reformer Pilates experience, the duo have recently moved back to their hometown and have trained to deliver sessions in their brand new studio. Here their team of 4 expert instructors will offer private one to one sessions as well as small group classes.

They have created a stunning, welcoming studio at the Penistone 1 development for their clients to experience the techniques of dynamic reformer Pilates.

With eight specialist, spring loaded reformer Pilates beds the low impact studio sessions will be designed for all ages and abilities; aimed at improving flexibility, strength and overall fitness - reformer is also a great technique for rehabilitation. Tried and tested by owner Marc Roberts who uses reformer alongside his career as a professional footballer for Barnsley FC.

Charlotte said: “Pilates is just incredible for overall wellness and strength and gives a full body work out which is great for everyone and can really aid rehabilitation as well. Reformer combines Pilates with yoga and strength training and I’m so excited to be bringing reformer Pilates to Penistone.

“I have been practicing reformer for a couple of years now and it really does help people to move a little bit more freely – it’s a fantastic technique and I can’t wait to start our first classes and share the joy of reformer from our new studio here.”

Charlotte and her team are planning a special open afternoon to launch the studio on Sunday March 2nd from 4pm and bookings are now open through the website and app to secure sessions from Monday March 3rd.

The open afternoon is a chance to find out more about reformer Pilates and meet the team. There's also the chance to win a four class pass worth £70.

Penistone 1 is owned and managed by Dransfield Properties, the company also owns and manages Fox Valley at Stocksbridge.
