Selby’s Three Lakes Retail Park Bought by Threadneedle Property Unit Trust

Threadneedle Property Unit Trust has completed the purchase of Three Lakes Retail Park in Selby, North Yorkshire from the retail property developers Dransfield Properties Ltd.
The development is located just off the A1041 Bawtry Road on the outskirts of Selby and was opened by the local MP John Grogan in 2004.
With 105,000 sq ft of retail space and 481 designated car parking spaces Three Lakes is the largest retail park in the area. Carpetright, Aldi, Brantano, Pets at Home, Homebase DIY and Argos all have outlets at Three Lakes.
There is also a Frankie and Bennies restaurant as well as a McDonalds and a recently rebranded DW Sports Health and Fitness Centre which also houses a sports store.
