Fox Valley, Sheffield
Fox Valley opened in June 2016. This £50 million mixed use scheme has been delivered on a former steelworks site in north Sheffield, transforming it into a vibrant mixed use town centre development and creating more than 700 new jobs.
The development has been brought forward by Dransfield Properties, creating a new retail and office development for this part of Sheffield, built around a central car park. Fox Valley won the RICS Pro Yorkshire Award for Regeneration in 2017, the same year the centre hosted the finish of the Tour de Yorkshire.
Retailers at Fox Valley include; Go Outdoors, Regatta, The Range, Sports Direct, Aldi, Card Factory, Boots and JoJo Maman Bebe. The centre is also home to a great line up of independent stores and restaurants including Ponti's Italian Kitchen and Sandersons Boutique Department Store.
