Dransfield Sponsors Annual SCEPTRE Awards

Dransfield Properties is one of the main sponsors in the 2013 SCEPTRE Awards which are due to take place in London next week.

The awards, being held at the Dorchester in London on Tuesday (June 25th) are organised by Shopping Centre Magazine to recognise the best practice and the best people in the shopping centre industry.

The SCEPTRE Awards put the spotlight on management teams, retailers and suppliers that demonstrate real excellence. In 2013 it is The Dorchester’s superb ballroom which will once again host the Awards, presented in 15 categories.

Organisers say that this year they’ve received a record number of entries.

As well as developing stand along supermarkets Dransfield Properties also has a track record for delivering successful town centre shopping developments including Sanderson Arcade in Morpeth and Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough.

The company has been recognised in the SCEPTRE Awards in previous years and this year the Sanderson Arcade Centre Manager, Medi Parry, has been shortlisted in the Centre Manager of the Year category (small centre).

The company is also one of the sponsors on the evening and a representative will be presenting one of the awards.

Last year Dransfield Properties celebrated the company’s 20th anniversary.
