Fox Valley welcomes back Charlotte as she joins centre management team

Fox Valley shopping centre has welcomed a new member of staff to the management team.

Charlotte Whittaker has joined as Centre Manager to cover the maternity leave of Claire Biltcliffe. She intends to take up the role of Assistant Centre Manager once Claire returns early next year.

Fox Valley is familiar territory for Charlotte as she previously worked for Dransfield Properties Limited – the company which owns Fox Valley – for 10 years from their headquarters at the Stocksbridge-based shopping centre.

The mum-of-two previously had a number of roles at the company between 2010 and 2020, including working in admin and the public relations department, and is now relishing the challenge of helping to manage the centre.

Charlotte said: “I know the centre very well and am extremely proud of what the company has achieved here in Stocksbridge.

“I am passionate about the community and would like to bring more people into Fox Valley through events and enhancing our markets offering.

“It is good to be back and I am looking forward to working alongside staff at our fantastic line up of retail shops and hospitality venues."

Charlotte is joining the team at a busy time as we head into the festive shopping season.

She will be working with colleagues to deliver a fantastic programme of Christmas-themed events and markets over the coming months to enhance the shopping experience here at Fox Valley and help visitors to get into the festive spirit.
