Leading estate agents Simon Blyth is celebrating serving the ‘brilliant’ community of Penistone for more than 20 years by pledging to stay put in the town to continue tending to customers’ property needs.

The firm has been based in the town for more than two decades and has been at their current office at the Gateway development on St Mary’s Street since February 2014 – which at the time was the final piece of the jigsaw of the town centre development, which was delivered by award-winning regeneration specialists Sheffield-based Dransfield Properties Ltd.

And there is good news for customers in the area – as the company has just extended its lease at their office, meaning customers will be able to benefit from their unrivalled service for even longer.

Company owner Simon Blyth said: “We are proud to have served Penistone and the town’s surrounding communities over the last 20 plus years – it is a brilliant community - and we look forward continuing that service for our customer-base.

“Penistone is our busiest branch and it is very easy to see why people want to live here.
