New tanning salon opens its sunny doors at Five Valleys

The Tanning Room officially opened the company’s sixth salon at Five Valleys shopping centre on Saturday [8 April].

Local sisters, Victoria Gordon and Jaine Buxton, have established a chain of popular tanning salons in Witney, Carterton, Cirencester, North and West Swindon as well as their brand-new store now open at Five Valleys.

The stylish new salon is a huge step up for the company, having received the most expensive fit out to date to ensure the best tanning experience when customers come to visit.

Home to the best tanning technology on the market, the salon is equipped with custom-made luxury sunbeds using innovative light technology to help customers tan quickly and safely, as well as offering collagen light therapy to help with skin repair.

he Tanning Room’s sunbeds also include multiple features such as surround sound, Bluetooth and climate control.

Victoria Gordan, co-owner of The Tanning Room, said: “We're thrilled with how things are going at our new salon at Five Valleys so far, it’s a great location and we feel being positioned near to a 24 hour gym and several fashion stores our clients are going to enjoy finding everything in one place.”

The Tanning Room will be the sixth new business to open its doors this year at the shopping centre, which is undergoing a huge refurbishment programme under South Yorkshire development company, Dransfield Properties.

Centre Manager at Five Valleys, Jack Simpson, said: “This is another great offer to join our line-up and add to the fabulous range of stores, eateries and services at Five Valleys.”

The centre has had an exciting three months with the opening of several independent stores, including fashion boutiques Amber and Priyanka, as well as a number of exciting announcements to follow regarding the remaining few unoccupied units.
