The Five Valleys shopping centre in Stroud is a busy and popular town centre retail destination following a major investment and remodelling by Dransfield Properties.
Home of Vintage, the centre’s dedicated vintage and artisan marketplace, was launched in April 2026 by Dame Joanna Lumley OBE, who also officially opened Five Valleys to mark the completion of the transformation works.
An indoor street food hall and market is at the heart of the centre with a fabulous line‑up of cuisine and produce, creating a new town centre venue for eating out in this part of Gloucestershire.
Retailers at Five Valleys include Sports Direct, Specsavers, Peacocks, JoJo Maman Bébé and Sandersons Boutique Department Store. The centre also houses a new and modern Medical Centre for two local practices and the new town centre library – creating a real hub for the community.
Luxury residential properties, including a number of stylish apartments and a townhouse, have also been created in the under‑used space, and brand‑new offices have been delivered, including new offices for the award winning Gloucestershire conveyancing specialists Montpellier Legal.
