There’s a new agent in town!

Mallinson and Co is South Yorkshire’s newest estate agent and is the latest business to join Penistone One.

Offering an innovative, expert property service, the business prides itself on holding a growing portfolio of 100 plus properties all located in Sheffield, Barnsley and surrounding areas.

Having just celebrated it’s first birthday the agency has achieved more than 200 sales, pairing house buyers with their ideal property whether that be a small starter home or countryside mansion costing upwards of £1m.

Owner, Ben Mallinson, has 15 years of experience in the sale of residential homes across West and South Yorkshire and wanted to set up his own business to bring a new, fresh approach to selling properties.

Ben said: “My approach to selling houses starts with the seller, understanding what they are looking to achieve from their sale and working hand in hand with them from the initial valuation to a swift and positive conclusion.”

“Social media has become a useful tool, especially throughout the pandemic when physical viewings were restricted. 

“I’ve continued to use our social media platforms to video and offer a virtual tour of a home which has seen a great level of engagement. As well as this we have a fresh, modern website www.mallinsonandco.co.uk for prospective buyers to search for their ideal home.”

As well as the website Mallinson and Co’s new office, based at Penistone One, is open to the public Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm.
